Within each election year can be found, but not limited to, campaigns for Cessar, Republican Party, Governor, other House members, and other state officials. Also included is Cessar's 1991 campaign for County Commissioner.� Each campaign contains folders with promotional material, fundraisers, correspondence, and news clippings.
