This collection consists of campaign material, press, and his article, “Natural Resources and the Public Estate: A Biography of Article I, Section 27 of the Pennsylvania Constitution.” A researcher interested in Mr. Kury or the topics in which he was involved should examine his Oral History Interview, which was conducted on May 17, 2006.
This collections reflects the 19 year career Representative Fred C. Noye as well as several years after being a member of the House of Representatives. He donated campaign materials, newsclippings, correspondence letters, memorabilia, legislative work and photographs.

Part of Kenney’s legislative work focused on the Benjamin Rush State Park, the Philadelphia State Hospital (Byberry) and the establishment of a Philadelphia Veterans’ Home.� He also was interested in issues related to mental health and mental retardation, identity theft, and false insurance claims.

This collection consists of legislative work from the 1999-2000 session year, 2001-2002 session year, and the 2003-2004 session year, as well as subject files dealing with topics such as Capital Budget Projects, Tuition vouchers correspondence, and Volunteer Fire Company Grants.
