This collection primarily contains information related to Arthur D. Hershey’s campaigns for the Pennsylvania State House of Representatives between 1982 and 2006.� Campaign materials include pamphlets and other mailings sent to constituents, as well as memorabilia such as buttons and stickers. The collection also includes materials related to Hershey’s legislative work, particularly during the later years of his service in the early 2000s.
This collection reflects the legislative career of Bernard Dombrowski from 1981-1990. While in office, Dombrowski was interested in tax regulations, transportation issues, and environment challenges facing Erie County, Medicare issues, and alcohol problems. Dombrowski's collection contains multiple thank you notes, which shows his dedication and communication with people from his district. Also, this collection includes campaign materials, events, speeches, photographs and subject files.
This collection contains but is not limited to, Bernard O'Neill's legislative work and research within the Basic Education Funding Committee and the Special Education Funding Formula Committee, as well as various forms of correspodence, public hearing information, and news and media articles.
This collection consists of Campaign Memorabilia, Newsletters, Newspaper Clippings, Awards and Honors and VHS copies of his television show entitled “Legislative Report with Representative Bruce Smith,” from 2005-2006.� The papers and videos are arranged chronologically within their category. A researcher interested in Mr. Smith or the topics in which he was involved should examine his Oral History Interview, which was conducted on May 17, 2006.
