Scope and Contents In its final report, the Select Committee recommended items such as taking sabbatical leave only when professional development or health reasons interfered; requiring state institutions to use a common travel agent and adopting stricter guidelines for travel reimbursement; and developing more specific guidelines for record-keeping and use of non-preferred appropriations.
